Privacy notice

1. Data controller

The Lucky Mind Kft. (Levente utca 14/A, 2161 Csomád, Hungary; company reg. no. 13-09-238950; email: bence.toth@luckymind.hu) — the "Controller".

2. What we process, why and for how long

Contact and tasting request forms: name, email address, phone number (optional), company/venue name, message. Purpose: answering your enquiry and preparing an offer. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Retention: one year after the enquiry is closed; in case of a business relationship, as required by accounting rules.

Newsletter: email address. Purpose: sending a monthly newsletter. Legal basis: consent. Retention: until you unsubscribe — possible in one click from every message.

Age declaration (18+): your answer is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) for 30 days. It never reaches us and cannot be linked to a person.

3. Who has access?

Data is handled by the Controller's staff. Processors: hosting provider [to be completed]; form delivery: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co); email: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace). We do not pass data to any other third party.

4. Your rights

You may at any time request information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and withdraw your consent — at bence.toth@luckymind.hu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa u. 9–11, 1055 Budapest, www.naih.hu) or go to court.

5. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and only authorised persons have access to the data. We do not use the data submitted through the forms for automated decision-making or profiling.
